Growth Marketing Consultant for India

Akshay works remotely with Indian companies expanding internationally and with international teams planning growth in India. The work connects mobile-first acquisition, assisted conversion, lifecycle and revenue measurement.

One growth constraint. A scoped plan to address it.

Remote support for Indian companies building more measurable acquisition and lifecycle systems, and for teams planning cross-border expansion. The work separates language, channel and assisted-conversion effects instead of assuming a uniform Indian market.

What the work focuses on

  • Mobile-first funnels and assisted conversion paths
  • Acquisition economics across varied price sensitivity
  • India-to-Europe and India-to-US expansion planning

Akshay is based in Brussels. Work outside Belgium is delivered remotely and does not imply a physical office in every market listed.

What a regional engagement can deliver

Remote support for Indian companies building more measurable acquisition and lifecycle systems, and for teams planning cross-border expansion. The work separates language, channel and assisted-conversion effects instead of assuming a uniform Indian market.

Measure qualified demand

Connect leads to contactability, qualification, attended conversations and revenue. Compare cost per qualified outcome alongside lead volume so a cheaper channel does not hide more operational work.

Inspect mobile friction

Check device performance, form effort, trust signals and the path into assisted sales. Test changes against completion and downstream quality, not clicks or form submissions alone.

Build a lifecycle handoff

Define consent, ownership, follow-up timing and an opt-out path for messaging or calling workflows. Evaluate cohorts by language and channel with review from local market specialists.

Regional consulting questions

Are engagements delivered from an Indian office?

No. Akshay is based in Brussels and provides remote-first consulting. Scope, meeting overlap and any local partner involvement are agreed with the client before the engagement.

Can the plan include regional-language audiences?

Yes. Treat language and region as testable audience segments, and validate messaging with qualified local reviewers. Translation alone is not evidence that a proposition, creative or follow-up flow fits the audience.

Can you help Indian companies expand internationally?

An engagement can address target-market selection, acquisition economics, positioning, funnel measurement and lifecycle design. Local operational, legal and tax requirements are handled with the appropriate specialists.

How do you evaluate WhatsApp or assisted conversion?

Measure consented contact, qualified responses, progression and revenue against the eligible cohort. Include staffing effort and opt-outs as guardrails. Message delivery or response rate alone does not establish business impact.

Practical decision guide / Original editorial method

A mobile-to-assisted-purchase diagnostic for India

When customers move from a mobile page into a call or messaging conversation, the marketing funnel extends beyond the form. The right unit is the eligible prospect or buyer, with a documented handoff—not the number of messages sent. Use actual segment evidence instead of assuming every Indian audience buys the same way.

  1. Trace the assisted journey

Map landing-page visit, contact request, reachable prospect, qualified conversation, confirmed order and realised sale. Preserve the distinction between a message being delivered and a customer receiving useful assistance. Track channel and language only where collection and use are appropriate.

  2. Account for the effort

Include follow-up labour and support cost when comparing acquisition routes. A cheap lead source may require repeated attempts or produce low order completion. Assign disposition reasons so unreachable contacts, unsuitable enquiries and unavailable products are not collapsed into one failure bucket.

  3. Investigate fulfilment outcomes

Where a business offers pay-on-delivery, distinguish orders placed, dispatched, delivered and returned; do not assume that option exists for every merchant. For prepaid or digital products, select the equivalent completed-value event. Review mobile errors and language continuity before increasing the follow-up volume.

Apply it carefully

Synthetic comparison: route A produces 100 leads and ten realised orders; route B produces 40 leads and eight. Neither wins without spend, labour and contribution data. A lead-only optimisation would hide the difference in quality and operational effort.

Consent, contact preferences and opt-outs must be respected. Local operational and legal review belongs with qualified specialists. Regional-language planning does not imply that Akshay personally writes every language.
